This installation will only work under Windows XP - but not under Windows 7 and/or Vista.
Running Vista or Windows 7 you should install both packages NOT under "Program Files" but use a complete different approach: install it into a directory, which is public readable.
Normally I install these packages on a complete different drive or to change an installation afterwards please read the product documentation at: [link 1]
