Hi James,
just to set things right: I'm not the original author.
The INIFile package was created by Julian Fitzell, Cees de Groot and Avi Bryant

So it is an MIT licensed community project with many contributors as you will often find in the Squeak/Pharo world.
After aligning with Julian last week I migrated the project to SmalltalkHub now and adopted the package to work with Pharo 2.0. I also wrote the config so it is easily loadable from the Pharo config browser.
(What you see in the config browser is the one who wrote/commited the last "ConfigurationOfxxx") thats why
you will find my name there.
So Kudos goes to the ST community, as ever.
